What precautions are in place?
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is available for all customers, free single use face masks are given on entering the studio. All customers are actively encouraged to sanitise their hands on entry to the studio, new signs will be in place.
Will it be safe to receive treatments?
We have taken great strides in improving the hygiene practices within the studio. Acknowledging the cleaning regime has been rigorous in the past we have now increased the frequency and detail. The studio is following government guidelines in social distancing and following our own Risk Assessment we have implemented a few small changes.
The Main symptoms of corona virus
High Temperature – this means you feel hot to the touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
New continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
Most people with coronavirus have at lease one of these symptoms - If you know or suspect you have one of the symptoms we cannot treat you on this occasion for our safety and the safety of our other customers.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms
To protect others, you must stay at home if you or someone you live with has symptoms of coronavirus. If your symptoms are mild, you'll usually be advised to not leave your home for at least seven days. Anyone you live with should not leave your home for 14 days.
New opening times to increase safety
To remove the impact on social distancing we are reducing the amount of appointments and staff on the studio floor.
More laser treatment will now be conducted in the evenings and some days.
Appointments are now available mornings, afternoons and into the evenings Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. All other treatments can only be completed in the evenings on other days.
